私はカメラではなく人間なので、光学的な正確さよりも、見たときの実感と印象を重んじたい。視覚・聴覚・嗅覚・味覚・触覚に加え意識・無意識までの記憶を、1枚の画布に経験させることは可能だろうか。「どんなに小さくても麦は麦」というような作品を、いつか作るために、日々精進しています。
What I am searching for in my work is neither the real nor the ideal, but the essence of all existences, the universal law of nature beyond human understanding. Utilizing painting and drawing as my medium of choice, I try to capture the infinite, cyclical sense of mortality and immortality through my work.
